The PNW District Optimist International Junior Golf Championships (US) was held on June 19, 2015.According to Chairperson Chris Hill, four junior golfers have qualified and registered to advance to the OPTIMIST at PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, July 16-31, 2015.
Those advancing are:
Samuel Pyon, boys 14-15
Matt Marrese, boys 16-18
Natalie Gregory, girls 10-12
Lanie Sticka, girls 13-14
The golf tournament was coordinated by the Hillsboro Optimist Club.
