The Oregon City Optimist Club honored Police Chief Mike Conrad with the 2010 Optimist Award for Excellence in Law Enforcement.
Conrad was appointed chief of police a little over one year ago. He has served on the Oregon City police force for 6 years.
The Optimist Club bestows this honor annually to police officers who effectively promote public safety for the community and citizens of Oregon City.
We love stories about your Optimist Club. Please tell us one and we'll add it to the website.
