Charlie Kissler and Lorraine Coots led a great presentation at the First Quarter Meeting in Poulsbo on recruiting new members with a New Optimists Welcome Dinner. Charlie also shared the presentation that the Pasco Tri Cities Optimist Club used in March 2010 to add 12 new members to their club.
